EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you would like to exchange an item because it doesn't fit you, please submit a request to our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after you have received the goods. Please include our order number and item details at your request. However all exchanges are based on stock availability and your request should be consented by bread n butter before return delivery.
After confirmation by our CS team, please make sure the item(s) meets the requirements of terms & condition:
All item(s) must be returned new, intact, have not been used, no smell and return with all bread n butter garment tags attached within 7 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Please properly package the return product, any products damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of bread n butter and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 15 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 1 months, then please contact Customer Care.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on bread n butter as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
During our sale, products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any cost of mailing will be borne by the customer, the company will refuse any freight collect delivery.
