Exchange

Purchased items are not eligible for refunds or returns due to personal fit issues. However, if there is a defect with the product and a replacement is needed, please submit an application to our customer service team (cs@breadnbutter.fr) within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please include your order number and the name of the item in your application. All exchanges are subject to product availability and require written consent from bread n butter before returning the item. After confirmation from our customer service team, please ensure that the product meets the following terms and conditions:
1. All exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receipt, and the item must be returned in new, undamaged, unused, and odor-free condition with the original bread n butter clothing tags attached. Any returns that do not comply with these policies will not be accepted.

2. Please package the returned item properly as any damage due to improper packaging will not be accepted.

Faulty goods
For returns due to product quality issues, please apply within 3 days of receiving the item. Providing an unedited and clear unboxing video that accurately shows the part of the item with the quality issue. If a product defect is confirmed, the company will refund the equivalent value of the item in Points to your member account for future use, rather than providing a monetary refund.

Colors
We strive to accurately display the colors of our products on bread n butter. However, due to differences in monitors, tablets and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that your display will show the colors completely accurately.

Clearance Items
Products marked "final sale" in our clearance events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Fees​
​
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for returns and exchanges. The company will refuse any cash-on-delivery delivery methods.
